Life can be really challenging at times - throwing us off course. Things we thought were in the past can resurface, difficult experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck, our thoughts and feelings can be all consuming and stop us living the lives we want to live, it can be hard to cope and find a way through. Sometimes it’s hard to know what you want and where you want to get to, or why the same things seem to be happening over and over again. Sometimes we just need to feel heard.
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to feel supported, to explore and revaluate, to bringing a sense of clarity and a fuller understanding. It can be a means of bringing about change and finding a focus for moving forward to who, where and how you want to be. Counselling has been shown to be an effective intervention for a wide range of life issues.
Our one to one sessions can be conducted face to face, by telephone or by Skype, as best suits your needs. Evening appointments are available to fit around your work and family commitments and I offer a free initial consultation to give you an opportunity to find out more about what I offer and how we might work together to address your needs and goals. We can get started quickly and work longer term if you need to.
My session fees for one to one sessions are £50. Couple sessions are £75. Sessions are for 50 minuites. Some concessions are available for those on low incomes, or in therapeutic training. Please contact me for prices if you would like to arrange mindfulness courses or workshops. My supervision fees are £60 for one hour or £90 for 90 minutes.
