Mindfulness and meditation offer a range of tools and techniques to help us reconnect with ourselves and live in the present, it is an invitation to take a break from the business of 'doing' and focus on 'being' and 'experiencing'. Mindfulness can be successfully used to lower stress and anxiety, improve mood and aid relaxation, increase wellbeing and mental and physical health, improve concentration, develop self-awareness, build mental and emotional resilience, cope better with pain and discomfort and to promote restful sleep. I provide both 1:1 mindfulness classes and group courses and workshops. Mindfulness techniques can also be integrated into therapeutic sessions.

Our one to one sessions can be conducted face to face, by telephone or by Skype, as best suits your needs. Evening appointments are available to fit around your work and family commitments and I offer a free initial consultation to give you an opportunity to find out more about what I offer and how we might work together to address your needs and goals. We can get started quickly and work longer term if you need to.
My session fees for one to one sessions are £50. Couple sessions are £75. Sessions are for 50 minuites. Some concessions are available for those on low incomes, or in therapeutic training. Please contact me for prices if you would like to arrange mindfulness courses or workshops. My supervision fees are £60 for one hour or £90 for 90 minutes.
