Psychotherapy is, in many ways, similar to counselling. To address long-term, entrenched, complex or recurring issues, psychotherapy typically takes place over a longer term, and is more reflective and in depth, with more reference to theory and evidence-based tools.
Psychotherapy sessions offer a safe and non-judgemental space for us to work together to explore more deeply the roots of ongoing psychological and emotional issues which may be affecting your ability to engage with and enjoy life. We may address common mental health and wellbeing issues using relevant theories and research based tools and techniques to help us develop and employ treatment plans.
Our one to one sessions can be conducted face to face or by Zoom, as best suits your needs. Flexible appointments are available to fit around your work and family commitments and I offer a free initial phone consultation to give you an opportunity to find out more about what I offer and how we might work together to address your needs and goals. We can get started quickly and work longer term if you need to.
My session fees for one to one sessions are £55. Couple sessions are £90. Sessions are for 50 minuites. My supervision fees are £65 for one hour or £95 for 90 minutes.
